Indonesia Contemporary Ceramics Biennale (ICCB) was first known as the Jakarta Contemporary Ceramics Biennale (JCCB) since 2009. This is one the biggest and the most outstanding Ceramic Biennale in Southeast Asia. Intend to focused on the artist in residency program and more experimental methods; for this 5th edition of ICCB moved from Jakarta to Jatiwangi. We choose Jatiwangi because Jatiwangi is a quite successful place as an example in getting people see their dreams ahead through their collective agreement of the clay culture. As a new form; ICCB tries to examine the level of community ties to its regional identity with a tradition of large meetings and working in enthusiasm in Jatiwangi.
